🌿 Thrive Circles
Community-based gatherings that blend expressive arts, sound healing, and mindfulness to nurture connection and creativity. Each circle offers a space for emotional release, self-expression, and integration through movement, art, and reflection. Together, we practice being seen, supported, and inspired as we grow beyond survival mode.
🌸 Embody Hour
A 60-minute class designed to help you reconnect with your body and learn tools for emotional and nervous system regulation. Through polyvagal toning, breathwork, and somatic mindfulness, you’ll build inner safety, resilience, and self-awareness. Each session guides you toward balance, grounding, and embodied calm.
💫 1:1 Coaching
Personalized sessions that meet you where you are in your healing journey. Combining nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and expressive tools, these sessions help you process emotions, integrate past experiences, and align with your authentic self. This is a safe, supportive space to deepen your growth and create meaningful change in your life.

🌿 About Me
Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m Ashely Dipchan, a Master of Social Work Intern at Support & Growth and the creator of Embody & Thrive.
For years, I was caught in a cycle of pain—addiction, depression, and the weight of unresolved childhood trauma. I lived in survival mode, using anything I could to numb the pain and silence the thoughts that wouldn’t stop. But I’ve learned that healing isn’t about erasing pain—it’s about learning to live with it, process it, and find a way forward.
My own healing began through ancient practices, mindfulness meditation, and polyvagal toning. These tools helped me calm my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and release the shame that once held me back. I discovered that true healing happens when we integrate mind, body, and spirit—and when we allow ourselves to be seen, expressed, and supported.
Today, I work at a sexual violence centre, helping survivors navigate their healing journeys, and I coach individuals with anxiety and depression through the Canadian Mental Health organization. With over 10 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families, my approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I blend mindfulness, somatic tools, and expressive arts with evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build resilience, confidence, and balance. I am also certified as a Somatic Anxiety Coach and a Emotional Regulation and Nervous System Practitioner.
Beyond counselling, I’ve facilitated therapeutic recreation programs across hospitals and community settings, using art, music, and movement to foster emotional and social well-being. My passion for integrative healing inspired me to create Embody & Thrive—a space for those ready to move beyond survival and reconnect with their vitality.
Here, we explore mindfulness, polyvagal practices, expressive arts, and alternative wellness tools that empower you to reclaim your life. Whether through Thrive Circles, Embody Hours, or 1:1 Coaching, my intention is to help you feel grounded, connected, and alive.
